Job Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and business-savvy Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise Test Platforms, CI/CD data ecosystems, and BI/Analytics platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical systems into scalable, business-aligned solutions, while driving product innovation and operational excellence across platforms.
A strong understanding of CI/CD data pipelines and enterprise data warehousing (LUMI) is critical to ensure seamless data ingestion, modeling, and consumption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for test platforms, CI/CD ecosystems, and analytics platforms.
- Define and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, QA, DevOps, and data teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Ensure efficient data flow across CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and enterprise data warehouse (LUMI).
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on data insights and feedback.
- Drive adoption and usability of platforms across engineering and business teams.
Core Platforms & Technologies
- Test Automation: Selenium, JMeter, testing frameworks, SonarQube
- CI/CD Ecosystem: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Observability & BI: ELK Stack, Grafana, Power BI
- Data Platforms: Enterprise Data Warehouse (LUMI), CI/CD data pipelines
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a technical environment
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working with data platforms and data engineering concepts
- Ability to work with BI/Analytics tools and interpret data insights
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise data warehouses (LUMI or similar)
- Familiarity with observability tools like ELK or Grafana
- Background in QA automation platforms and tools
- Technical background (Engineering, Data Engineering, or DevOps)
