Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Proficiency in server installation, configuration, and support
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles
• Experience with automation tools and scripting
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft-based environments

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Kafka platforms
• Knowledge of MES applications
• Familiarity with Zendesk administration
• Experience in the healthcare industry
