Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Consultant with extensive experience in enterprise AI strategy, data platforms, and advanced analytics within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, while collaborating with executive leadership to drive AI adoption and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise AI strategy and implementation, with a focus on healthcare, clinical, and life sciences environments.
Design and implement production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
Build and deploy large-scale data and analytics platforms to support AI-driven insights and decision-making.
Integrate Responsible AI practices, including model governance, risk management, and explainability frameworks into AI delivery pipelines.
Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify and integrate emerging AI technologies into the enterprise roadmap.
Implement advanced AI solutions using technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows.
Drive AI adoption and literacy across the organization through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
Required Experience
12+ years of experience in AI, data analytics, or consulting roles.
Strong background in Healthcare, Clinical, or Life Sciences domains.
Proven experience implementing enterprise-level AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Experience building scalable data and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of Responsible AI, model governance, and compliance frameworks.
Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
