Own the procure-to-pay ecosystem for a national hospitality brand. Support Coupa core modules, supplier enablement, custom forms, and SAP S/4 integrations while guiding roadmap initiatives and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead enhancements across Coupa Core, Analytics, AIC, and SIM, including testing, configuration, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues for punchouts, cXML/SFTP data transfers, SAP interfaces, and user provisioning feeds.
Assist suppliers with onboarding, catalog management, ordering, and invoicing workflows.
Monitor interfaces between Coupa and SAP, reprocess failed transactions, and partner with business owners on remediation.
Prepare master data, conversions, and project deliverables that support the Coupa-to-S/4 transformation roadmap.
Provide process expertise on procure-to-pay design, release strategies, and stakeholder training.
Required Skills:
7+ years administering Coupa (configuration, integrations, supplier enablement, troubleshooting).
Deep knowledge of P2P processes, cXML/SFTP connectivity, and SAP SRM/S4 touchpoints.
Experience supporting go-lives/hypercare, building custom forms, and managing catalogs/provisioning.
Strong communication, customer-service mindset, and ability to work with executives in a fast-moving environment.
