Job Description: The selected candidate will possess expertise in reinsurance finance and operations, collaborating across functions to implement system enhancements and promote process improvements.

Education - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.

Experience • Over 2 years of experience in project execution/management or a similar role within the insurance or reinsurance sector.

Skills
• A transformation mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing innovative solutions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and Power BI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Visio, applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
