Job Title: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (3 Days Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 6+ Months


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant with 10–12+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in enterprise-scale Adobe implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of AEP architecture, data modeling, and integrations, along with a background working in large global consulting organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations
  • Design and implement Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) solutions
  • Develop and manage Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas and data ingestion pipelines
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AEP solutions
  • Integrate AEP with Adobe ecosystem tools such as Adobe Analytics, Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target
  • Build and manage integrations with external enterprise systems
  • Provide technical leadership, enforce best practices, and ensure solution governance

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–12+ years of overall IT experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Deep expertise in:
    • XDM (Experience Data Model)
    • RT-CDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform)
    • Identity Service & Segmentation
    • Data Streams & Data Ingestion
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments (retail domain preferred)
  • Prior experience with Tier-1 consulting firms (Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA (3 days per week)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating AEP with multiple Adobe and third-party platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms and marketing technology ecosystems
  • Exposure to governance, data privacy, and compliance frameworks
