**Job Role: Product Owner – Payments & Money Movement (ACH / Wires / RTP)** **Location: Phoenix, AZ or Sandy, UT (Hybrid)** **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep architectural hands-on expertise to lead the development and expansion of our core money movement infrastructure. In this role, you will own the vision, technical design, and delivery of US payment rails, including ACH, Wires, and Real-Time Payments (RTP). This is a "been there, done that" role for a proven expert who has directly built and scaled payment rails within US Financial Institutions and understands both high-level architecture and underlying QA/data flows. **Must-Have Qualifications** - **Direct US FI Experience:** Proven track record of building, launching, or scaling ACH and other core money movement rails directly within US Financial Institutions. - **Live Rails Expertise:** Deep, hands-on production experience with live payment channels (ACH, Wires, Real-Time Payments/RTP, FedNow, or Fedwire). - **Architectural Depth:** Demonstrated experience contributing to or leading payment system architecture, design patterns, and microservices integration—not just high-level backlog grooming. - **Quality & Validation Background:** Minimum of 6+ years of Quality Assurance / Technical Testing experience ensuring rigorous validation of transaction flows, data integrity, and payment logic. - **Domain Mastery:** In-depth knowledge of NACHA rules, ISO 20022 standards, payment reconciliation, and settlement workflows.
