We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to support Agile delivery for various organizations. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach team members on Agile principles, and manage impediments to ensure successful sprint execution. Your expertise will help teams improve their processes and deliver high-quality results. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility in your work schedule.

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies

Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA)

Preferred qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
Experience in a technical or software development environment
