Oracle MFG- WMS Functional Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Discrete Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge, implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide hands-on functional expertise in Oracle R12 modules including Inventory, Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Participate in and support 1–2 full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Perform Oracle Manufacturing and WMS setups, ensuring accurate configuration aligned with business processes.
Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct FIT-GAP analysis, and propose effective IT solutions to address business needs and process gaps.
Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between Oracle and external systems.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation such as Solution Design Documents, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT/UAT Test Scripts, Training Materials, and other implementation artifacts.
Guide and execute unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production sanity checks to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on Oracle R12 Functional experience in Manufacturing modules—Inventory, WIP, BOM, and WMS.
Proven background in ERP implementation projects, preferably full lifecycle.
Ability to perform end-to-end module setups and configurations.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain flows, and integration touchpoints.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
