Job Role: Cyber Security Project Manager
Location: Columbus, IN (Onsite/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of cybersecurity deliverables across automotive programs.
• Track and manage program milestones in alignment with ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155 standards.
• Facilitate cybersecurity activity reviews and maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout the cybersecurity lifecycle.
• Monitor and report cybersecurity product and process compliance status, providing visibility to leadership through detailed analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track program activities, information requests, Cybersecurity KPIs, Product Safety metrics, and roadmaps.
• Manage MISRA C and CERT C compliance activities within Core II and CSAR platforms for R155 regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate milestone deliveries for static code analysis using Polyspace tool implementation in CSAR platform.
• Conduct cybersecurity tool analysis using methodologies such as Pugh Matrix and Cause & Effect (C&E) Matrix.
• Lead identification and evaluation of cybersecurity tools through vendor management and collaboration across business units.
• Coordinate and evaluate cybersecurity lifecycle modules using tools such as Vultara, Karamba Security, Exida, ETAS, EVSec Analysis, Itemis, and Ansys Medini.
• Manage EVSec Analysis and Manifest Pro cyber tools through IT projects in collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and global cybersecurity teams.
• Manage multiple internal projects from charter creation, roadmap definition, requirement gathering, competitor analysis, feature tracking, to post-production maintenance.
• Manage project risks, change requests, and maintain comprehensive documentation using SharePoint.
• Contribute to incident response tracking and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive cybersecurity management.
• Strong understanding of ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155, MISRA C, and CERT C standards.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms such as Polyspace, EVSec, Ansys Medini, and Karamba Security.
• Proficiency in Power BI and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
