Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master Retail & eCommerce

**Job Title: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect** **Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)** **Duration: 6+ Months** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale customer data and digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, and enterprise data integration architectures. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and architect scalable Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions for customer data management and personalization initiatives. - Lead end-to-end implementation of AEP, including Real-Time CDP, Identity Service, Data Collection, Data Streams, and Segmentation. - Define and govern Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, datasets, identities, and profile management strategies. - Architect real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems. - Integrate AEP with Adobe ecosystem products including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). - Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, data engineers, and developers to translate business into technical solutions. - Establish AEP architecture standards, governance models, and best practices. - Drive customer profile unification, audience creation, activation, and personalization strategies. - Support production deployments, performance optimization, and platform enhancements. - Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentoring to development teams. ** Skills** - 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on Adobe Experience Platform. - Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Experience Data Model (XDM), Identity Service, Segmentation Service, Data Streams, Edge Network, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Experience designing enterprise-scale customer data platforms and marketing technology solutions. - Hands-on experience with API integrations, ETL processes, cloud platforms, and data architecture. - Strong knowledge of customer identity management, audience activation, and personalization frameworks. - Experience integrating Adobe solutions with CRM, eCommerce, loyalty, and third-party marketing platforms. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Retail industry experience is highly preferred. - Prior experience working for Tier-1 consulting organizations. - Adobe Experience Platform Architect or AEP-related certifications preferred. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and consent management frameworks. --- **Job Title: Senior Manager – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Technology** **Location: Atlanta, GA (3 Days Onsite)** **Overview** We are seeking a Senior Manager – WMS Technology to lead the technology strategy, engineering delivery, modernization, and support of enterprise Warehouse Management Systems supporting large-scale retail and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, enterprise applications, integrations, and solution architecture, along with recent experience leading WMS technology teams in a retail or eCommerce supply chain environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the WMS technology roadmap and platform strategy. - Lead modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, platform upgrades, system integrations, and automation. - Provide architectural direction for warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution technology platforms. - Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions. - Drive adoption of modern technologies, APIs, microservices, AI, and automation within supply chain platforms. - Lead internal and external development teams responsible for WMS enhancements and integrations. - Manage full SDLC including, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. - Oversee integrations between WMS, OMS, ERP, Transportation, and other enterprise applications. - Ensure delivery quality, performance, scalability, and system reliability. - Establish KPIs, SLAs, monitoring, and support models for critical warehouse applications. - Lead incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Partner with DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, and Security teams to improve platform stability. - Lead and mentor managers, architects, developers, and support teams. - Manage vendor relationships and system implementation partners. - Communicate technology strategy, risks, and investment recommendations to executive leadership. ** Qualifications** - 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, integration, or software engineering. - 5+ years leading WMS technology teams. - Previous hands-on experience as Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or Application Development Manager. - Strong experience supporting enterprise WMS platforms such as Manhattan Active/WMOS, Blue Yonder (JDA), Körber, Softeon, or Oracle WMS. - Recent experience within Retail, eCommerce, Omnichannel Fulfillment, or Distribution & Supply Chain Technology. **Technical Skills** - API integrations and middleware. - Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Java,.NET, or similar enterprise technology stack. - Microservices architecture. - Event-driven architecture. - DevOps and CI/CD practices. - Database and enterprise integration technologies. --- **Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master – Retail & eCommerce** **Location: Atlanta, GA (3 Days Onsite)** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong Retail and eCommerce background to lead Agile teams delivering enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
