Position 1 – Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll Solution Architect
Experience:- 12+ years overall experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and 3+ end-to-end Oracle US Payroll implementations.
Role Summary:- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion US Payroll Solution Architect to lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, client advisory, requirements gathering, payroll configuration, legislative compliance, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.- The ideal candidate should possess strong Oracle Fusion Payroll functional expertise, deep understanding of US payroll legislation, Fast formula expertise, and excellent client-facing consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Oracle Fusion US Payroll solution design workshops and end-to-end Oracle Fusion US Payroll implementations.- Independently interact with business users to gather and document business requirements.- Define the payroll architecture and operating model.- Hands-on experience configuring payroll elements, balances, payroll processing, and developing/troubleshooting complex Payroll Fast Formulas and calculations.- Manage and support CRP, SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, and production deployment activities.- Support payroll parallel run and reconciliation requirements.- Configure and manage Federal taxes, State taxes, Local taxes, Garnishments, FLSA, Wage attachments, Payroll balances, Costing, W-2 processing, Year-end payroll activities, Payroll statutory reporting.- Understand the impact of payroll with other applications such as Finance GL, Third party Pension systems. Design payroll costing and General Ledger integration solutions and support payroll-to-finance reconciliation.- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Core HR, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, Payroll Statutory Units (PSU), and Tax Reporting Units (TRU). Additional US Union & Non-Union Payroll
Responsibilities:- Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion US Payroll solutions for both unionized and non-union workforces.- Ability to interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and configure complex union payroll rules including overtime, differentials, shift premiums, holiday pay, call-out pay, and negotiated deductions.- Expertise in union dues, pension plans, benefit fund contributions, earnings, deductions, premiums, overtime, and other labor agreement-driven payroll processes.- Experience supporting multiple bargaining units and multi-state payroll environments. Mandatory Skills:- Oracle Fusion US Payroll Cloud.- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Core HR, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, Payroll Statutory Units (PSU), and Tax Reporting Units (TRU), Payroll Costing and GL Reconciliation.- Payroll Fast Formula hands-on expertise.- US Federal, State, and Local Payroll Taxation.- Garnishments and Wage Attachments.- Union and Non-Union Payroll Processing.- Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Interpretation. Position 2 – Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect and Talent Management SME
Experience:- 11-15+ years of HCM experience with at least 6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and 4+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, including 2+ Talent Management implementations.
Role Summary:- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead the overall HCM solution for an Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The selected candidate will serve as the primary Solution Architect across all HCM workstreams, providing solution governance, design oversight, and stakeholder management while independently leading the Talent Management track.- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment across Core HR, Security, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration workstreams while acting as the Talent Management SME throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the overall Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect and primary client-facing person for the overall HCM implementation.- Provide solution leadership and design governance across all HCM workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Oracle leading practices.- Drive client workshops, discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions with business and respective module leads.- Review and govern solution designs across Core HR, Security, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration tracks.- Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure successful coordination between workstreams.- Support project governance activities including RAID management, scope management, solution reviews, and executive steering discussions.- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, HRIT, Talent Management, and business leadership teams.- Present solution recommendations, design decisions, risks, and implementation strategies to senior client stakeholders.- Collaborate with project managers, technical architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful program delivery.- Mentor and guide functional consultants across various HCM workstreams and drive adoption of Oracle leading practices. Talent Management Track Ownership:- Independently own and lead the Oracle Fusion Talent Management track from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.- Configure and implement Oracle Talent Management solutions including Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Talent Profiles, and Skills and Competencies Framework.- Design and configure talent processes, review cycles, performance templates, calibration approaches, talent rating models, and succession planning frameworks.- Conduct workshops with HR, Talent, and Business stakeholders to define future-state talent management processes.- Support Talent-related security, workflow approvals, reporting, and analytics requirements.- Provide functional leadership for Talent data migration, data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.- Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare support activities for the Talent workstream.- Collaborate with integration, reporting, and technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end Talent solution delivery.- Identify Talent-specific risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively drive resolution activities.- Provide solution documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training support. Preferred Skills:- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.- Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR, Security, and Workflow Approvals.- Experience supporting large-scale HCM
