Job Title: QA Lead (AI-Driven Quality Engineering)
Location: Secaucus, NJ (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced QA / Quality Engineering Lead with strong retail domain expertise to drive end-to-end quality delivery. This role requires a leader who can balance BAU execution with QE transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-driven quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QE teams and own overall quality outcomes across releases and programs
• Manage day-to-day BAU activities including planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness
• Conduct QE assessments and define continuous improvement and transformation roadmaps
• Drive and optimize test automation strategy across UI, API, and end-to-end testing
• Champion adoption of AI-assisted QE practices to enhance speed, efficiency, and coverage
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle
• Provide clear visibility into quality metrics, risks, and status to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have:

• 10–14 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering
• Proven experience leading QA teams in Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
  • Selenium
  • Playwright
  • Cypress
  • (Exposure to Tricentis Tosca is a plus)
• Solid experience in API and integration testing
• Experience conducting QA/QE assessments and defining improvement roadmaps
• Ability to manage BAU delivery alongside transformation initiatives

Good to Have:

• Experience with AI-led or intelligent QE practices
• Experience driving QE transformation / modernization programs
• Exposure to cloud-based testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
