Job Title: Windchill Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill Developer / PLM Consultant with strong expertise in PTC Windchill, PLM, and Java. The ideal candidate will be part of the Extended Product Lifecycle Management (EPLM) team and will work closely with clients across automotive, defense, and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure PLM applications and supporting software
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Java and enterprise APIs
• Participate in all project phases: analysis, development, testing, and deployment
• Customize and configure PTC Windchill solutions based on client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
• Document processes, solutions, and lessons learned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in PLM, PTC Windchill, and Java development
• Experience working on software implementation projects
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and API development
• Experience with web technologies (JSP, JavaScript, MVC, Spring)
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience in PLM upgrades (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Additional Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work on US Government contracts
• Willingness to travel as required
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
