Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven TVM (Technology Vendor Management) Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of the Tech Spend in the Business initiative.

This role is accountable for driving financial impact, governance adoption, milestone execution, and enterprise-wide alignment across ETS, GSM, UCIOs, Business Units, and AI product teams. The Program Manager will operationalize AI-enabled spend analytics, guide vendor spend transition decisions, and embed sustainable governance frameworks at scale.

The ideal candidate excels at translating strategy and analytics into measurable business outcomes while ensuring disciplined program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Tech Spend in the Business initiative

• Define program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics

• Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery

• Drive measurable financial and operational impact

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to determine spend treatment and governance models

• Facilitate alignment across Technology, Business Units, Vendor Management, and AI teams

• Embed enterprise governance frameworks for sustainable vendor management

• Present program updates to executive stakeholders

Spend Transition & Vendor Management

• Support business partners in transitioning vendor spend to Technology ownership

• Track end-to-end vendor transition lifecycle

• Ensure structured vendor onboarding, ownership transfer, and governance compliance

• Enable data-driven decisions through AI-powered spend analytics

Reporting & Risk Management

• Develop and maintain status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

• Lead weekly governance meetings, manage agendas, action items, and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience

• Experience in Technology Vendor Management (TVM) or Tech Spend governance

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and spend analysis

• Experience working with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders

• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities

• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-enabled analytics or spend optimization initiatives

• Background in financial services or large enterprise environments

• Experience working with vendor transitions and ownership realignment

• PMP or related project management certification
