Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (React & AI/Copilot)
Location: Orlando, Florida – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

Note: Candidates must have domain experience in the Hospitality industry (Hotels, Travel, or Hospitality platforms). Only local resources to Orlando, FL will be considered for this onsite role.

Job Description

We are seeking a strong Java Full Stack Developer with experience in React and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot) to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor capable of independently handling enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong frontend development experience with HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery

  • Hands-on experience with React.js for modern UI development

  • Solid backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot

  • Strong understanding of GitHub, branching strategies, and build processes

  • Proven ability in troubleshooting, debugging, and testing applications

  • Experience working as an individual contributor, capable of independently managing development tasks

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with monolith-to-microservices migration

  • Prior Hospitality domain experience (Hotels, Travel, Hospitality platforms) – strongly preferred
