Role Overview

Our Oracle Practice is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Finance Leader with deep expertise in financial accounting, Oracle Cloud Financials, and enterprise ERP transformation. This role is designed for a seasoned finance professional who combines strong technical accounting credentials with executive-level consulting leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive experience, including leadership of complex Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM programs within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries. A current CPA license is required, underscoring the importance of accounting rigor, governance, compliance, and executive advisory capability.

This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Controllers, leading strategic finance transformation initiatives from roadmap development through implementation and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Practice Leadership

  • Serve as strategic advisor to CFOs and senior finance leadership

  • Lead finance transformation strategy and enterprise ERP modernization initiatives

  • Provide thought leadership across Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM

  • Support business development efforts, executive presentations, and solution positioning

Oracle Cloud Finance Delivery Leadership

  • Lead large-scale Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM implementations and transformations

  • Oversee program governance, risk management, and financial controls alignment

  • Ensure accounting compliance and regulatory adherence in system design

  • Drive integration across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Revenue Management, and EPM modules

Financial Governance & Compliance

  • Align ERP architecture with GAAP and regulatory standards

  • Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness

  • Support financial reporting transformation and close optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Active CPA license

  • 15–18+ years of progressive finance and consulting experience

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials

  • Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP transformations

  • Strong background in financial accounting and reporting

  • Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders

  • Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries preferred
