Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across banking/financial initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively.

  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure adherence to project governance.

  • Provide status reporting, project documentation, and executive updates.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Project Manager.

  • Strong background in the Banking/ Financial Services domain.

  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • PMP/Agile certification is a plus.
