Job Title: SAP – IT Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP IT Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP CRM, SAP SD, and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, hands-on consulting experience, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects. This role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery:

• Lead SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Manage the full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, and support
• Handle project risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource planning
• Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams

SAP Functional Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM, SAP SD, and S/4HANA
• Execute at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including:
  • Sales Order Management
  • Pricing
  • Credit Management
  • Billing

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Finance, Logistics, and other business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with developers, architects, integration teams, and QA teams

Technical & Functional Delivery:

• Experience with WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• Lead data migration and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
• Translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
• Provide troubleshooting support and ensure system performance

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and executive summaries
• Ensure strong communication, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience with strong exposure to SAP CRM, SAP SD, and S/4HANA
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Expertise in SAP configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with WRICEF, data migration, and MDM
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects across multi-vendor and multi-geo environments
