Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled React Developer with strong expertise in modern front-end technologies to build high-quality, scalable, and accessible web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern UI development practices, along with a strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and CSS3
• Solid understanding of React.js core principles (components, hooks, lifecycle, state management)
• Experience with responsive and adaptive web design techniques
• Hands-on experience working with design systems / design language systems
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (ADA compliance, WCAG guidelines)
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn
• Ability to perform performance benchmarking and optimization
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web standards

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript
• Implement pixel-perfect UI based on design specifications
• Ensure applications are fully responsive, accessible, and performant
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs
• Follow best practices for clean, reusable, and maintainable code

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)
• Experience in enterprise-level or financial domain applications
