Experience/Technical Skills required:
This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, develop, and test system enhancements within a government agency environment, particularly related to Medicaid Claims Processing and infrastructure.

Position Overview:

Assist in the development of project documentation based on agency requirements.
Conduct requirements gathering with subject matter experts to understand business processes.
Analyze business processes and system modifications to improve existing systems.
Perform testing of assigned programs, including scripting, debugging, and ensuring quality standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation to support system architecture and workflows.

Requirements:

Experience with Medicaid Claims Processing.
Experience in business objectives, problem-solving, and identifying solutions.
Proficiency in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements and operational procedures.
Skills in documenting user needs, program functions, and processing steps.
Experience with Azure DevOps and wireframe generation.
