Functional Lead Plan to Fulfil (PP-PI)

Responsibilities:- Lead discovery workshops across procure-to-pay, inventory management, order-to-cash, customer service and warehouse operations.- Assess vendor and customer master requirements and the Business Partner conversion approach from the legacy ERP.- Evaluate pricing, contracts, rebates, ATP, delivery, billing and returns processes against the client’s global template.- Assess hazardous material handling, shipping documentation and compliance-driven logistics requirements.- Assess warehouse structure, inbound and outbound logistics, internal movements and batch-managed storage to support the conditional EWM scope decision.- Assess integration touchpoints with CRM, procurement network, shipping platforms, EDI customers and third-party logistics.- Document fit-gap outcomes, master data impacts, interface inventory inputs and Phase 2 recommendations.- Lead discovery and fit-to-standard workshops for demand planning, MRP, process orders, batch management, quality planning and inspection processes.- Assess legacy formulas, recipes and bills of material against S/4HANA master recipes, multi-level BOMs, work centres and production versions.- Evaluate batch genealogy, traceability, shelf-life, potency and co-product / by-product handling requirements.- Assess quality planning, incoming, in-process and final inspection, Certificate of Analysis and vendor / customer quality processes.- Identify regulatory and EH&S driven design considerations relevant to specialty chemical manufacturing.- Assess integration with the demand planning / forecasting platform and downstream fulfilment processes.- Document gaps, dependencies, RICEF candidates and Phase 2 effort considerations for the workstream.

Required Skills:- Broad SAP S/4HANA logistics expertise spanning MM, inventory management, SD, customer service and WM or EWM.- Procure-to-pay, source-to-pay, subcontracting, consignment, stock transfers and physical inventory.- Order-to-cash including pricing, ATP, delivery, billing, returns and credit management.- Business Partner / CVI conversion, batch handling and stock reconciliation at cutover.- Integration with CRM, procurement network, EDI and middleware platforms.- SAP S/4HANA PP-PI with strong process manufacturing background (batch and formula-based production).- Master recipes, process orders, phases, confirmations, capacity planning, yields, losses and costing integration.- SAP QM across quality planning, inspection lots, usage decisions, CoA and non-conformance management.- Supply and demand planning, MRP, ATP and integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD and FI/CO.- Batch management, traceability and regulatory compliance in a process industry environment. Qualifications:- Minimum 15 years of SAP supply chain and logistics experience with several end-to-end implementations or rollouts.- Proven leadership of integrated multi-module logistics workstreams in a US or global environment.- Minimum 15 years of SAP manufacturing and planning experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.- Demonstrated PP-PI leadership in chemicals, agro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food or similar process industries.- Experience assessing or migrating from a non-SAP process manufacturing ERP is strongly preferred.- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or business; relevant SAP certification desirable.
