Salesforce QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing of child welfare case management workflows, including intake, investigations, safety assessments, foster care placements, court proceedings, and adoption processes.Validate system functionality to ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements, including AFCARS, NYTD, and other statutory reporting mandates.Test complex business rules involving risk assessments, Title IV-E eligibility determinations, provider matching, and workflow automation.Verify Salesforce security configurations, including Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security, to ensure proper protection of sensitive HIPAA and PII data.Test standard and custom Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, and Flow automations.Validate integrations and data synchronization between Salesforce and external state systems across Sandboxes and Scratch Orgs.Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test suites using Selenium and scalable automation frameworks such as the Page Object Model (POM).Develop robust XPath and CSS selectors capable of handling Salesforce's dynamic DOM structures and Shadow DOM components.Requirements

Experience testing Salesforce applications.Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation testing.Prior experience supporting Child Welfare systems or programs.Experience creating and maintaining automated testing frameworks.Knowledge of Salesforce security models, customizations, and integrations.Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, defect tracking, and regression testing.
