Required Skills5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.Strong experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) and Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) applications.Hands-on experience with one or more of the following government benefit programs:MedicaidMedicareSNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program)Experience working within Health & Human Services (HHS) or Public Sector/Government environments.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Experience supporting QA activities including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
