Oracle GRC Administrator

Position Overview:The Oracle GRC Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) within the Enterprise Systems organization. This role serves as the functional and operational owner of the RMC platform, supporting the execution and expansion of controls across User Access Review (UAR), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Advanced Financial Controls (AFC). The ideal candidate will bring a combination of Oracle Cloud functional knowledge, a strong understanding of internal controls, and the ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders to drive effective platform utilization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage and support Oracle RMC administration, including configuration, user roles, and system access.Maintain User Access Reviews (UAR) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, including workflows and remediation.Configure and support Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) in partnership with Finance and IT teams.Collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance, and IT stakeholders to support SOX compliance and audit requirements.Maintain control documentation, change logs, and governance records.Support Oracle Cloud security roles, access changes, and integrations.Monitor control exceptions and work with teams to resolve compliance issues.Assist with user training and support for Oracle RMC processes.Evaluate Oracle RMC updates and recommend improvements to system capabilities.

Project Overview they will be entering:Preparing for a major migration from Taleo to Oracle, with the project expected to begin toward the end of this year or the beginning of next year.Why they're hiring:

They need an Oracle GRC Administrator to support the security and access management aspects of the migration.The company is working alongside an implementation/integration partner, but they need an internal resource to help manage Oracle GRC, user roles, security, compliance, and access controls throughout the project.Primary initiative: Migrate from Oracle Taleo (recruiting/HCM platform) into Oracle's broader ecosystem.

Must Have Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or a similar GRC platform, including configuration and administration.Enterprise GRC experience doing governance, risk, compliance, and access controls within a large, complex enterprise environment.Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Security, including role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD).Experience with SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) and access governance in a compliance-driven environment.Ability to configure GRC solutions based on business, security, and compliance requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying and mitigating security risks.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience with relevant certifications).

Nice to have:

Experience with Oracle RMC Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), including control condition configuration and transaction monitoring.Experience supporting external audit engagements, including preparation of evidence packages related to UAR, SoD, and AFC controls.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms as they relate to data flows into RMC.Certification in Oracle Cloud (any functional track), CISA, CISM, or related credential.Experience in a publicly traded company with formal SOX compliance obligations.
